Adolphe Feder
Adolphe (Aizik) Feder (born in Odessa , Ukraine , 1885 - died at Auschwitz , 1943).
After participating in the revolutionary movement of the Bund , Adolphe Feder, son of merchants, went to Berlin at the age of 19 years and at Geneva where he attended the Academy of Fine Arts. He joined Paris in 1908, studied at the Académie Julian and in the studio of Henri Matisse .
